Residential Solid Waste definition

Residential Solid Waste means any and all rejected, abandoned or discarded matter, including vegetable or animal food, floor sweepings, crockery, glass or metal ware, having contained food, ashes, grass, hedge clippings, or other garden refuse or rubbish.
Residential Solid Waste means solid waste generated or originating from any building, home, structure, or premise which is used or intended for use as a dwelling or place of residence of one or more natural persons and shall include seasonal dwellings.
Residential Solid Waste means solid waste generated in single-family or multi-family dwellings.

Examples of Residential Solid Waste in a sentence

  • The County shall, at all times hold title and ownership to all Commercial and Residential Solid Waste, Vegetative Waste ,Trash, Recyclable Material (with the exception of Recyclables from Commercial Recycling Collection Service), and all other waste collected by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement and the Contractor shall have no right to take, keep, process, alter, remove or otherwise dispose of any such materials without specific written authorization from the Contract Administrator.

  • The Contractor shall collect Residential Solid Waste, Vegetative Waste, and Recyclable Materials and Commercial Solid Waste, Recycling and Vegetative Waste with as little disturbance as possible and shall leave any receptacle at the same point it was collected.

  • The County will be responsible for the billing and Collection of payments for those units included in the County's mandatory Curbside Residential Solid Waste, Recycling, and Vegetative Waste Collection programs.

  • The Contractor shall submit its invoice for Residential Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Services to the County for each preceding calendar month no later than the tenth (10th) day of each calendar month.

  • Residential Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials including greenwaste shall be Collected, Monday through Friday on the same day.


More Definitions of Residential Solid Waste

Residential Solid Waste means all types of solid waste which originate from Single- Family Units.
Residential Solid Waste means Garbage and Trash resulting from the normal household activities of a Residential Service Unit. The Customer at the Residential Service Unit wherein the waste is collected must generate the Solid Waste. It does not include items defined herein as Contractor-Generated Waste or Exempt Waste. Recyclable Materials and Bulk Waste are not Residential Solid Waste.
Residential Solid Waste means the wastes generated by the normal activities of households, including, but not limited to, food wastes, rubbish, ashes, and bulky wastes.
Residential Solid Waste means any Garbage, Rubbish, Yard Trash or Bulk Item that is usual to housekeeping. Residential Solid Waste is Solid Waste generated by the customer at the dwelling unit at which the Residential Solid Waste is collected and does not include Commercially-generated Waste or Exempt Waste.
Residential Solid Waste means type 10 waste, as defined at N.J.A.C. 7:26-2.13(g), generated in the day to day activities of a residence and includes animal and vegetable waste resulting from the handling, processing, preparing, cooking and consuming of food, and includes household liquids. Residential solid waste does not mean used motor oil, grass clippings and other specified nonacceptable waste as defined in the applicable District Solid Waste Management Plan or N.J.S.A. 13:1E-1 et seq.
Residential Solid Waste. ’ means solid waste (including garbage, trash, and sanitary waste from septic tanks) derived from households (including single and multiple residences.)
Residential Solid Waste. : shall mean Solid Waste generated at dwelling units (including single family structures, multi-family structures, mobile homes, and all other structures used as residential dwellings). Solid Waste from hotels, motels, inns, tourist camps and all other places that are required to collect a room occupancy tax under the Mecklenburg County Ordinance imposing a room occupancy tax is not Residential Waste.
