Part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by GUVNL subject to the condition that the Minimum Capacity for acceptance of first and subsequent part(s) commissioning shall be 50 MW, without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of the PPA on the part which is not commissioned.
Part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by GUVNL subject to the condition that the Minimum Capacity for acceptance of first and subsequent part(s) commissioning shall be 25 MW, without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of the PPA on the part which is not commissioned.
