Solution Hardware definition

Solution Hardware. All hardware that is part of the Solution and provided by Contractor to the County pursuant to this Contract, and related Documentation, all of which is provided, maintained, and supported by Contractor under this Contract.
Solution Hardware means the hardware and other equipment, and related Documentation, provided by Contractor under the Agreement, including Server Hardware and any Additional Hardware.

  • Contractor acknowledges that the County or the rightful owner owns all Solution Environment components, including Solution Hardware, and all software provided by the County; while Contractor or the rightful owner will retain ownership of all Solution Environment components provided by Contractor.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Hardware means any and all computer and computer-related hardware, including, but not limited to, computers, file servers, facsimile servers, scanners, color printers, laser printers and networks.

  • Computer Hardware means any computer hardware, equipment and peripherals of any kind and of any platform, including desktop and laptop personal computers, handheld computerized devices, servers, mid-range and mainframe computers, process control and distributed control systems, and all network and other communications and telecommunications equipment.

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Firefighter means any regular, paid or volunteer, member of a lawfully constituted fire department of a municipal corporation, township, fire district, or village.

  • Sensor means any measurement device that is not part of the vehicle itself but installed to determine parameters other than the concentration of gaseous and particle pollutants and the exhaust mass flow.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a Qwest OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • compatibility means compatibility as defined in point (10) of Article 2 of Directive (EU) 2019/770;

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.
