Server Hardware. All hardware, equipment, and other tangible non-Software items required to run CentralSquare Software supplied to Customer by CentralSquare under this Agreement listed as “Server Hardware” in Exhibit B: Pricing Detail.
Server Hardware. Server Operations’ current standard is to deploy new systems in a virtualized environment barring application-specific reasons why this may be infeasible. In the event that dedicated physical hardware is required, hardware supplied will meet the following minimum standards: • Dual hot-swappable power supplies with redundant cooling fans • RAID 1 mirroring for OS boot volume • Redundant paths to external SAN storage • On-site spares for all common components After initial configuration, significant changes to the system will be discussed and must be approved by representatives of both Server Operations and the client, and will be reflected in future costs. It is our standard procedure to replace systems after four years, but this may vary depend- ing on specific circumstances. Server Operations will recommend specific hardware/software configurations during the renewal process.
Server Hardware. During the initial development phase, NMD will specify the required server hardware and accessories, but these items will be purchased directly by PFW. The anticipated cost for procurement and configuration of two Pentium-4-based server hosts is approximately $7000.00. NMD will also recommend server colocation solutions, but the actual colocation agreement will be established directly between PFW and the colocation services provider. The anticipated minimum cost for colocation of the server hardware is approximately: $150.00 one-time setup fee, plus $150.00 per month for colocation and minimum bandwidth utilization. Additional bandwidth costs will be incurred as site traffic increases, and such costs will be determined by market rates.
Server Hardware. We guarantee the functioning of cloud server hosts including computer, storage, and hypervisor. If a cloud server host fails, we guarantee that restoration or repair will be complete within 24hours of problem identification. A Server Hardware interruption exists when cloud servers downtime occurs as a result of physical server failure and has not been resolved inside 24 hours.
Server Hardware. Customer is responsible for maintaining permission and access to servers located at Primary Agency.
Server Hardware. Server specification to support: • Cameras recording in H.264 • Record a minimum of 30 days of motion-activated recording of at least 10 FPS. • Record at each camera's maximum resolution (minimum of 1.3Megapixel per camera) • For multi-server sites, the system must be configured to be accessed on a single interface • Access Control, or at a minimum, door monitoring integration, must be configured. • Wall monitors and drivers determined by the quantity of cameras, security office layout, and site requirements; usually, 1 x 32” monitor per 32 cameras as a minimum. • Hardware warranty minimum four years
Server Hardware. 1. Three (3) rack-mount servers will be purchased by Customer as part of this agreement.
