Solvency II Requirements definition

Solvency II Requirements means the Solvency II Directive and any directive, legislation, regulation, decision, order, decree, determination, award, standard, guidance or rule, which implements, gives effect to or is made pursuant to the Solvency II Directive, including the PRA Rulebook and the Level 2 Delegated Acts;
Solvency II Requirements means the Solvency II Directive and any directive, legislation, regulation, decision, order, decree, determination, award, standard, guidance or rule which implements, gives effect to or is made pursuant to the Solvency II Directive, including the Level 2 Delegated Acts;
Solvency II Requirements means Solvency II and any directive, legislation, regulation,decision, order, decree, determination, award, standard, guidance or rule which implements, gives effect to or is made pursuant to Solvency II including the Level 2 Delegated Acts and the PRARules (in relation to Royal London) and the Regulatory Requirements (in relation to RL DAC)

  • Solvency II Directive means Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 25 November 2009 on the taking-up and pursuit of the business of insurance and reinsurance (Solvency II);

  • Resource Adequacy Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.
