Sonic Group definition

Sonic Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries and affiliates.
Sonic Group means each of the Borrower and each Subsidiary of the Borrower.
Sonic Group means each of the Borrower and each Subsidiary of th Borrower.

  • The Company and the Participant acknowledge that unauthorized use or disclosure by the Participant of any of the Confidential Information would seriously damage the Sonic Group in its Business.

  • The Borrower shall not at any time permit the ratio (the "Current Ratio") of Current Assets of the Sonic Group on a consolidated basis to Current Liabilities of the Sonic Group on a consolidated basis to be less than 1.23 : 1.

  • Such right to obtain injunctive relief may be exercised at the option of the Sonic Group, concurrently with, prior to, after, or in lieu of the exercise of any other rights or remedies which the Sonic Group may have as a result of any such breach or threatened breach.

  • The Borrower shall not at any time permit the ratio (the "CURRENT RATIO") of Current Assets of the Sonic Group on a consolidated basis to Current Liabilities of the Sonic Group on a consolidated basis to be less than 1.25: 1.

  • The parties acknowledge that neither party shall have any obligation to the other or be required to make any payment with respect to any utilization, reduction or affect on the federal income tax attributes that are apportioned to SAW when it leaves the Sonic Group.

  • It is stipulated that a breach by the Participant of any of the provisions of this Section 11 would cause irreparable damage to the Sonic Group.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;
