Examples of Sorting Code Directory in a sentence

  • On termination of this Distributor Licence the Distributor shall immediately deliver to Vocalink or destroy all documents containing and copies of the Sorting Code Directory and any other items or property belonging to Vocalink (including any Technical Specifications) which the Distributor and any Customer may have in its possession or be under its control.

  • The Customer shall satisfy itself that the Sorting Code Directory identified in the Order Form meets its operational and business requirements.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to determine that the Sorting Code Directory is ready for operational use in the Customer’s business before it is used.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Customer Licence, Vocalink hereby grants the Customer a personal, non exclusive, non transferable, terminable licence to use the Sorting Code Directory identified in the Order Form, provided that the Customer shall only be permitted to load one single electronic copy of the Sorting Code Directory on to the Customer’s internal systems (but not the systems of any third party).

  • On termination of this Customer Licence, the Customer shall immediately deliver to Vocalink or destroy all documents containing and copies of the Sorting Code Directory and any other items or property belonging to Vocalink (including any Technical Specifications) which the Customer may have in its possession or be under its control.

  • On termination of this Master Distributor Licence the Master Distributor shall immediately deliver to Vocalink or destroy all documents containing and copies of the Sorting Code Directory and any other items or property belonging to Vocalink (including any Technical Specifications) which the Master Distributor, its Distributors and Customers may have in its possession or be under its control.

  • Where the Client requests that GBG are to provide them with “Extended Industry Sorting Code Directory/ Extended ISCD” from Vocalink then the provisions of this Schedule shall apply, in addition to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

  • On termination of this Master Distributor Licence the Master Distributor shall immediately deliver to Vocalink or destroy all documents containing and copies of the Sorting Code Directory and any other items or property belonging to Vocalink(including any Technical Specifications) which the Master Distributor, its Distributors and Customers may have in its possession or be under its control.

Related to Sorting Code Directory

  • IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, for the implementation of Chapter VII, Part A, of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS Convention), published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London;

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;

  • JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;

  • Building Code Act means the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, as amended;

  • National Road Traffic Act means the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act 93 of 1996);

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;

  • Metering Code means the Metering Code prepared by the Board andapproved by the Commission, as from time to time revised, amended, supplemented or replaced with the approval of, or at the instance of, the Commission;

  • Sort code means the 6-digit code that identifies a particular bank and bank branch in the Republic of Ireland;

  • IBC Code means Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as amended from time to time;

  • the 1983 Act means the Representation of the People Act 1983;

  • Mass Privacy Act is defined in Section 9.2 hereof.

  • Access Codes means the username and password given by the Company to the Client for accessing the Company’s website.

  • Network Code means the network code prepared by National Grid pursuant to its gas transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and which incorporates the Uniform Network Code;

  • the 1988 Act means the Local Government Finance Act 1988.

  • Corporations Regulations means the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth).

  • the 1993 Act means the Pension Schemes Act 1993; “the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995;

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • Settlement System Code means the specifications, standards, methods, calculations and conventions established under the AUC Settlement System Code Rule 021, as amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Uniform Code means the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, as currently in effect and as hereafter amended from time to time.

  • the 1980 Act means the Highways Act 1980(3);

  • EU Data Protection Law means (i) prior to 25 May 2018, Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data ("Directive") and on and after 25 May 2018, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR"); and (ii) Directive 2002/58/EC concerning the processing of Personal Data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector and applicable national implementations of it (as may be amended, superseded or replaced).

  • the 1992 Act means the Local Government Finance Act 1992;

  • Disabling Code means any virus, back door, timer or other limiting routine, instruction or design, or other malicious, illicit or similar unrequested code that may have the consequence (whether by design or unintentionally) of disrupting, disabling, harming, circumventing security controls or otherwise impeding in any manner the normal operation or performance of (i) any software or service or (ii) any UNICEF information system or network.
