Southwest Common Stock definition

Southwest Common Stock means the $1.00 par value common stock of Southwest.
Southwest Common Stock means the common stock of Southwest, par value $1.00 per share. “Southwest Designee” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3(a)(i).
