Spanish Public Document definition

Spanish Public Document means, a “documento público”, being either an “escritura pública” or a “póliza o efecto intervenido por fedatario público”.
Spanish Public Document means a Spanish law notarial deed (documento público), being either an escritura pública or a póliza o efecto intervenido por notario español.
Spanish Public Document means any obligation in an Escritura Pública or documento intervenido.

Spanish Public Document means a documento público, being an escritura pública, póliza or efecto intervenido por fedatario public.
