Spanish Recast Insolvency Law means the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2020 of 5 May approving the Spanish Recast Insolvency Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2020, de 5 xx xxxx, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de xx Xxx Concursal), as amended from time to time.
