Consolidated Text means the Consolidated Text of the Cape Town Convention and the Protocol attached to Resolution No. 1 of the Final Act of the Diplomatic Conference to adopt the Cape Town Convention and the Protocol held under the auspices of ICAO and UNIDROIT at Cape Town, South Africa from 29 October to 16 November 2001;
Consolidated Text means the combination of the Convention or the Protocol (each as defined in the definition of Cape Town Convention) that was authorized and created pursuant to Resolution No. 1 adopted by the Cape Town Diplomatic Conference and any reference to a provision of the Consolidated Text is a reference to the provision of the Convention or the Protocol from which it is derived.

Canada or such other location in the continental United States or Canada which is mutually acceptable to Sublessor and Sublessee, taking into account all tax considerations. “DER Part” shall mean a replacement part which has not been manufactured by the original manufacturer of the Part to be replaced, but which replacement part has been approved by a Designated Engineering Representative certified by the FAA.
