Spanish Tax Procedures definition

Spanish Tax Procedures means the procedures applicable from time to time to the Issuer in relation to the reporting of information in respect of interest payments to the Spanish tax authorities and other related matters.

An Entrance Facility may not extend beyond the area served by the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center. "Local Interconnection Service (LIS)" is the CenturyLink product name for its provision of Interconnection as described in Section 7 of this Agreement.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.
