Special aquatic site definition

Special aquatic site means a body of open standing water, either natural or artificial, which does not meet the definition of pond, but which is capable of supporting and providing habitat for aquatic life forms, as documented by the:

  • Waste Disposal Site means a Waste Disposal Site which is not a Hauled Sewage Disposal Site, a Sewage Works or a Waste Stabilization Pond; and

  • Storm water or wastewater collection system means piping, pumps, conduits, and any other equipment necessary to collect and transport the flow of surface water run-off resulting from precipitation, or domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater to and from retention areas or any areas where treatment is designated to occur. The collection of storm water and wastewater does not include treatment except where incidental to conveyance.

  • WTO GPA country construction material means a construction material that—
