Special Conditions of Hire definition

Special Conditions of Hire means the special conditions (if any) set out in the Hire Confirmation. 'Written confirmation' includes hard copy or email communication.
Special Conditions of Hire means any special conditions which may be agreed by the Hirer and Hoover Ferguson in respect of the Contract and the conditions herein.

Related to Special Conditions of Hire

  • Special Conditions of Contract means the pages completed by the Procuring Entity entitled Special Conditions of Contract which constitute Part A of the Special Conditions.

  • Special Conditions means Special Conditions of Contract, which override the General Conditions, also referred to as SCC.
