Special events and activities definition

Special events and activities means any temporary event or activity sponsored by a business, shopping center or organization which is held outside the confines of a permanent building. Subsections XI-10.13.11.G through J, inclusive, of the Milpitas Municipal Code are amended and renumbered as follows: G. Special Events and Activities.

  • Permitted Activities The primary activities of the trust created pursuant to this Agreement which shall be:

  • Special Events means sports complex events, City of Philadelphia events, weather, and other events that have been or are identified as such by the RTMC.

  • Additional Termination Event has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;
