Special Facilities Payments definition

Special Facilities Payments means the rentals payable to the Trustee on behalf of the City pursuant to Section 6.01(a)(i) and (ii) hereof for the purpose of being applied to the payment of the Bonds and making required deposits to the Interest and Redemption Fund. Special Facilities Payments shall also include any Lessee Loss Payment made by Lessee upon an Event of Phase Termination and all Interim Special Facilities Payments that Lessee may elect to pay pursuant to Section 3.06.
Special Facilities Payments means the rentals payable to the Trustee on behalf of the City as described in subsections (a)(i) and (a)(ii) under the heading “Special Facilities Payments; Other Rent and Charges—Special Facilities Payments While Terminal Improvement Bonds Outstanding” herein for the purpose of being applied to the payment of the Terminal Improvement Bonds and making required deposits to the Interest and Redemption Fund.

  • The following provisions are not intended to apply to Special Facilities Payments, which are payable as provided in Section 6.01 or Article 6A.

  • If such proceeds attributable to the Special Facilities are in excess of the amount necessary for such purpose, any such excess shall be paid to the City and deposited by it into the Interest and Redemption Fund for said Bonds as a credit to the next due payments of Special Facilities Payments, with such credit to continue until the amount thereof is exhausted and, thereafter, any excess proceeds paid to Lessee.

  • Upon the issuance of any Additional Bonds, the Special Facilities Payments payable hereunder shall automatically be increased in the amounts required to provide for the full and timely payment of all principal, interest, redemption premiums, Trustee charges and other related costs and expenses on all Bonds then outstanding, including the Additional Bonds to be issued.

  • The Special Facilities Payments, which are pledged to the payment of the Bonds under the Trust Indenture, are intended to be a net return to the City.

  • School facilities project means the planning, acquisition, demolition, construction, improvement, alteration, modernization, renovation, reconstruction or capital maintenance of all or any part of a school facility or of any other personal property necessary for, or ancillary to, any school facility, and shall include fixtures, furnishings and equipment, and shall also include, but is not limited to, site acquisition, site development, the services of design professionals, such as engineers and architects, construction management, legal services, financing costs and administrative costs and expenses incurred in connection with the project;

  • Disposal facility means a facility or part of a facility at which hazardous waste is intentionally placed into or on any land or water, and at which waste will remain after closure.   • Project Finance Indebtedness means any present or future indebtedness incurred to finance the ownership, acquisition, development and/or operation of an asset, whether or not an asset of a member of the Group:

  • Total Facility has the meaning specified in Section 1.1.

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Term Loan Facilities means the Term Loan A Facility and the Term Loan B Facility.
