Special Individual Assessment definition

Special Individual Assessment means and refer to the amount to be levied by the Association for the purposes set forth in Section 5.6.
Special Individual Assessment means an assessment levied against an individual Owner by the Board due to acts of and/or circumstances created by that Owner which give rise to a liability for the Association (Ref: CC&Rs Article VI Section 6.5).
Special Individual Assessment shall have the meaning set forth in Article V, Section 7 hereof.
