Special license plate definition

Special license plate means a license plate that is made avail- able to the public as a personal alternative to the standard issue license plate. No special program fee shall be charged for the registration or plates issued under sections 49-403, 49-403A, 49-404, 49-405, 49-410, 49-415, 49-415A and 49-415B, Idaho Code.
