Special Needs Fund definition

Special Needs Fund means the Phase One Special Needs Fund or the Phase Two Special Needs Fund. “Phase One Special Needs Fund” has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 6.10 of this Settlement Agreement. “Phase Two Special Needs Fund” has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 6.10 of this Settlement Agreement.

  • Special Needs beneficiary is one who needs additional time to complete his/ her education due to physical, mental or emotional limitations.   • Special Equity Interest means any Equity Interest that is subject to a Lien in favor of creditors of the issuer of such Equity Interest provided that (a) such Lien was created to secure Indebtedness owing by such issuer to such creditors, (b) such Indebtedness was (i) in existence at the time the Obligors acquired such Equity Interest, (ii) incurred or assumed by such issuer substantially contemporaneously with such acquisition or (iii) already subject to a Lien granted to such creditors and (c) unless such Equity Interest is not intended to be included in the Collateral, the documentation creating or governing such Lien does not prohibit the inclusion of such Equity Interest in the Collateral.

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • State funds means any funds appropriated by the North Carolina General Assembly or collected by the State of North Carolina. State funds include federal financial assistance received by the State and transferred or disbursed to non-State entities. Both Federal and State funds maintain their identity as they are disbursed as financial assistance to other organizations.

  • Infrastructure fund means the renewable fuel infrastructure fund created in section 159A.16.

  • American Express Meeting Planner Account or “AMEX MPA” is the method by which all Master Account charges under this Agreement shall be settled with an American Express Meeting Planner Account or AMEX MPA number. The appropriate and authorized AMEX MPA number will be provided to the Contractor only when a final invoice is received, reviewed, and approved by the AOC, in accordance with the provisions of this exhibit.
