Special Occasion License definition

Special Occasion License means a license to serve alcohol issued pursuant to the Liquor Control Act by the Alcohol & Gaming Division of Service Nova Scotia & Municipal Relations. It may be a class 1,2,3, or 4 license, as defined in the Liquor Licensing Regulations.
