Special Resolutions designed to effect amendments, alterations, enlargements or deletions shall be submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary not less than ten (10) days prior to the General Meeting.
Ordinary and Special Resolutions may be passed in writing, rather than at a General Meeting, provided that the terms of this Article are followed.
