Special Tax Revenues definition

Special Tax Revenues means the proceeds of the Special Taxes received by the City, including any scheduled payments thereof, interest and penalties thereon and proceeds of the redemption or sale of property sold as a result of foreclosure of the lien of the Special Taxes in the amount of said lien and interest and penalties thereon.
Special Tax Revenues means revenues received from a special tax levied and collected by the Redevelopment Commission on all taxable property within the geographical boundaries of the City of Fishers Redevelopment District pursuant to Indiana Code § 36-7-14-27.
Special Tax Revenues means the proceeds of the Special Taxes received by the City, including any scheduled payments thereof and any Special Tax Prepayments, interest thereon and proceeds of the redemption or sale of property sold as a result of foreclosure of the lien of the Special Taxes to the amount of said lien and interest thereon, but shall not include any interest in excess of the interest due on the Bonds or any penalties collected in connection with any such foreclosure.

  • Prior to the First Bond Sale, if a Land Use Change is proposed or identified that will result in a change in the Expected Maximum Special Tax Revenues, no action will be needed pursuant to this Section D.

More Definitions of Special Tax Revenues

Special Tax Revenues means the proceeds of the Special Taxes received by or on behalf of the Community Facilities District, including any scheduled payments and any prepayments thereof, interest and penalties thereon and proceeds of the redemption or sale of property sold as a result of foreclosure of the lien of the Special Taxes, which shall be limited to the amount of said lien and interest and penalties thereon.
Special Tax Revenues means (a) the proceeds of the Special Tax levied by the Library District pursuant to the Special Tax RMA and received by the District, and (b) the Delinquency Proceeds.
Special Tax Revenues means the revenues collected from the levy of the Special Improvements Tax and the collection of Lump Sum Payments.

Special Tax Revenues means the proceeds of the Special Tax received by the City, excluding any prepayments thereof (which shall be used to redeem Bonds in accordance with the terms hereof and any Supplemental Indenture) and including the proceeds of the redemption or sale of property sold as a result of the foreclosure of the lien of the Special Tax, but excluding any interest or penalties thereon.
