Special Tax Prepayments definition

Special Tax Prepayments means the proceeds of any Special Tax prepayments received by the Successor Agency, as calculated pursuant to the Rate and Method of Apportionment of the Special Taxes for the CFD, less any administrative fees or penalties collected as part of any such prepayment.
Special Tax Prepayments means amounts received by the City as prepayments of all or a portion of the Special Tax obligation of a parcel of property in the District.

  • FUND, ACCOUNT, SUBACCOUNT The following provides a description of the major funds, accounts and sub-accounts: Special Tax Fund The Fiscal Agent deposits monies collected from the payment of Special Tax Revenues (or any proceeds from the sale of property collected pursuant to the foreclosure provisions of the FAA) and Special Tax Prepayments into this fund to be held in trust and transferred on the dates, in the amounts and in the priority as set forth in the FAA.

  • Investment Earnings from such Permitted Investments shall be retained by the Fiscal Agent in the Special Tax Prepayments Account.

  • Loan Payments means the amounts required to be paid by the Company in repayment of the Loan pursuant to Section 4.1 hereof.
