Special Trust Account definition

Special Trust Account means that certain restricted account maintained by the Collateral Agent for the purpose of receiving and holding Senior Preferential Payments.
Special Trust Account means an interest bearing trust account maintained by the Collateral Agent, in accordance with its standard procedures for handling trust funds, for the purpose of receiving and holding Payments, for the benefit of the Benefited Parties.

Special Trust Account means an interest-bearing restricted account maintained by the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties for the purpose of receiving and holding Preferential Payments and payments under Sections 3.06(b) and 7.05.

"Subsidiary" shall have the meaning set forth in the Note Purchase Agreements as in effect on the date hereof. "Subsidiary Agreements" shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Recitals hereof. "Subsidiary Borrowers" shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.
