Special Waste Regulation definition

Special Waste Regulation means the Special Waste Regulation enacted pursuant to the Waste Management Act or any legislation that replaces the Waste Management Act.
Special Waste Regulation means a Regulation of the Province of British Columbia under the Waste Management Act or the SPECIAL WASTE REGULATION issued by the Province of British Columbia. (BC Regulation 63-88)
Special Waste Regulation means the Special Waste Regulation as amended from time to time enacted pursuant to the Waste Management Act.
