Specialised Committees definition

Specialised Committees here means the Committee on Trade in Goods, the Committee on Customs, the Committee on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures, the Committee on Investment, Trade in Services, Electronic Commerce and Government Procurement, the Committee on Trade and Sustainable Development and any other specialised committee established by the Trade Committee under paragraph 4 of Article 17.1 of the EU-Viet Nam FTA. extent those decisions relate to the Parties to this Agreement, be deemed to have been adopted upon entry into force of this Agreement, mutatis mutandis and subject to the provisions of this instrument, by the Trade Committee or Specialised Committees the Parties establish under this Agreement.‌

Examples of Specialised Committees in a sentence

  • The Committee on Trade in Goods established pursuant to Article 17.2 (Specialised Committees) shall comprise representatives of the Parties.

  • The Committee on Trade in Goods established pursuant to Article 15.2.1 (Specialised Committees) shall meet on the request of a Party or of the Trade Committee to consider any matter arising under this Chapter and comprise representatives of the Parties.

  • The Parties may discuss, in the Committee on Trade in Goods established pursuant to Article 16.2 (Specialised Committees), any implementing arrangements arising from this Chapter.

  • The Committee on Customs established by Article 16.2 (Specialised Committees) shall consist of representatives of the customs and other competent authorities of the Parties.

  • The Committee on Customs established pursuant to the incorporated Article 17.2 (Specialised Committees) of this Agreement may review the provisions of this Protocol and submit a proposal for a decision to be adopted by the Trade Committee to amend it.

Related to Specialised Committees

  • Committees means the committees formed under this Act or by the various functionaries of the University as the case may be and includes the Nomination Committee, the Finance Committee and such other committees;
