Specific Development definition

Specific Development. A development carried out specifically for the Customer which is unique and cannot be reused for the Supplier outside the context of the Customer.
Specific Development means the IT program created by HARDIS GROUP specifically for the Client as set forth in the Particular Conditions. Specifications: means any document specifically created by HARDIS GROUP for the Client under the Contract, approved by the Parties defining the technical or functional requirements of the Services. Once validated by the Parties, the Specifications consists of the Services agreed requirements for Acceptance Testing.
Specific Development means the Developed Intangible(s) which can, as between Masimo US and Masimo Cayman, be utilized by or is of benefit solely to Masimo US or solely to Masimo Cayman, as the case may be.

  • In the event amendments to a Site Specific Development Plan are proposed and approved, the effective dates of such amendments, for purposes of duration of a vested property right, shall be the date of the approval of the original Site Specific Development Plan, unless the Board of County Commissioners specifically finds to the contrary, and incorporates such findings in its approval of the amendment.

Specific Development means any IT program that is not available in a standard version in the Solution and that the Customer has, of its own accord, chosen to develop or have developed without the express approval of the Service Provider.
