Specifically Assigned Plant definition

Specifically Assigned Plant means that equipment and those facilities which are owned by Hydro and used to serve the Customer only;
Specifically Assigned Plant means that equipment and those facilities which are owned by Hydro and used to serve the Customer only, as described in Schedule A;
Specifically Assigned Plant means that equipment and those facilities which are owned by Hydro and determined by the Board to be used primarily to serve the Customer;

  • If the metering is installed on the low side of transformers that are Specifically Assigned Plant or owned by the Customer, an appropriate adjustment will be made to account for losses in the transformers.
