In the event that during the Term: (i) Licensee’s status as a Qualified Eclipse Member in good standing terminates; (ii) Licensee’s status as a Qualified Working Group Member in good standing terminates; or (iii) Licensee is no longer in full compliance with the Eclipse Specification License and the Eclipse TCK License in all respects, all licenses granted by Eclipse hereunder shall terminate and, subject to the terms of Section 5, Licensee shall no longer make any use of the Trademark.
