Specified Inventory definition

Specified Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(c).
Specified Inventory means Inventory consisting of parts and accessories.
Specified Inventory means all inventories of finished CP Products packaged, labeled, and ready for sale pursuant to all legal requirements of all relevant Government Agencies.

Examples of Specified Inventory in a sentence

  • On the Closing Date, Seller shall cause an initial shipment of the Specified Inventory to be sent to an address to be provided by Purchaser to Seller in writing at least five business days in advance of Closing (the “Closing Date Shipment”).

Specified Inventory means the reciprocal power module inventory specifically listed on Schedule 1.1(d).
