Specified Inventory definition

Specified Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(c).
Specified Inventory means Inventory consisting of parts and accessories.
Specified Inventory means all inventories of finished CP Products packaged, labeled, and ready for sale pursuant to all legal requirements of all relevant Government Agencies.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Released Parties, including the Defendants, (i) shall be permitted to sell existing Product inventory and Products manufactured prior to the commencement of the Restricted Period (the “Specified Inventory”) in the ordinary course of business and (ii) shall not be required to withdraw, destroy, or recall any Products included in the Specified Inventory in connection with the Programmatic Relief described herein.

  • Deliveries of Specified Inventory shall be subject to Seller’s standard acceptance procedures at its facilities.


More Definitions of Specified Inventory

Specified Inventory means the reciprocal power module inventory specifically listed on Schedule 1.1(d).
