Examples of Specified Inventory in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, the Released Parties, including the Defendants, (i) shall be permitted to sell existing Product inventory and Products manufactured prior to the commencement of the Restricted Period (the “Specified Inventory”) in the ordinary course of business and (ii) shall not be required to withdraw, destroy, or recall any Products included in the Specified Inventory in connection with the Programmatic Relief described herein.

Officer of Obagi Holdings, the Director of Cedarwalk and the Chief Executive Officer of Waldencast shall promptly thereafter meet (by telephone, in person, or by mutually agreed virtual meeting platform) to enter into negotiations aimed at resolving any pending disagreements promptly and appropriately and such parties shall use their reasonable best efforts to agree upon the Final Specified Inventory Cash Value.
Deliveries of Specified Inventory shall be subject to Seller’s standard acceptance procedures at its facilities.
