Specified Principal Currency. The Specified Currency provided for the payment of principal on Debt Securities.

  • The U.S. dollar equivalent of the public offering price or purchase price of a Certificate having a Specified Principal Currency other than U.S. dollars will be determined on the basis of the noon buying rate in New York City for cable transfer in foreign currencies as certified for customs purposes by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (the "Market Exchange Rate") for such Specified Principal Currency on the applicable issue date.

  • A Certificateholder of $10,000,000 (or the equivalent thereof in a Specified Principal Currency other than U.S. dollars) or more in aggregate principal amount of Registered Certificates of a given Series will be entitled to receive such U.S. dollar distributions by wire transfer of immediately available funds, but only if appropriate wire transfer instructions have been received in writing by the Trustee for such Series not later than fifteen calendar days prior to the applicable Distribution Date.

  • Reference Currency means the currency specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Available Currency means Dollars.

  • Termination Currency means United States Dollars.

  • LIBOR Quoted Currency means each of the following currencies: Dollars; Euro; Sterling; Yen; and Swiss Franc; in each case as long as there is a published LIBOR rate with respect thereto.

  • Applicable Currency means as to any particular payment or Loan, Dollars or the Alternative Currency in which such payment or Loan is denominated or is payable.

  • Specified Currency means the currency specified as such hereon or, if none is specified, the currency in which the Notes are denominated.

  • Special Notice Currency means at any time an Alternative Currency, other than the currency of a country that is a member of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development at such time located in North America or Europe.

  • Foreign Currency Loan means each Revolving Loan denominated in a Designated Foreign Currency and bearing interest at a rate based upon the Adjusted Foreign Currency Rate.

  • Alternate Currency means (i) with respect to any Letter of Credit, Canadian Dollars and any other currency other than Dollars as may be acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank with respect thereto and all respective Lenders of such Facility with respect thereto in their sole discretion and (ii) with respect to any Loan, any currency other than Dollars that is approved in accordance with Section 1.05.

  • Alternative Currency Loan means an Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan or an Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan, as applicable.
