Specified Real Property definition

Specified Real Property means all real property owned by any of the Note Parties as of the First Amendment Effective Date and all real owned by any of the Note Parties after the First Amendment Effective Date, excluding the Excluded Real Property.

Specified Real Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Term Credit Agreement as in the effect on the date hereof and shall include any Proceeds thereof.

Specified Real Property means any fee interest of a Credit Party in owned real property located in the United States (x) constituting a manufacturing facility property or (y) with a fair market value in excess of $5,000,000 (other than any manufacturing facility property listed as such on Schedule 1.01-2 hereto).

• Such information is to be provided to allow Agent to protect its Lien in any Collateral located at such Specified Real Property and is not intended to create nor shall it create any obligation upon Agent or any Lender with respect thereto.

• Additionally, on or promptly after the ThirdFourth Amendment Effective Date (with promptness to be determined in a commercially reasonable manner), the holders of Notes shall have received any appraisals of the Specified Real Property subject to the Specified Mortgages to comply with the requirements of the Federal Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 or other applicable law.

More Definitions of Specified Real Property

Specified Real Property means any Real Property specified on Schedule S-1 to this Agreement.

Specified Real Property means the real property of the Grantors listed on Exhibit A hereto and any other real property in which a Lien may hereafter be granted to the Collateral Agent to secure the Secured Obligations.
