Specified Tenant definition

Specified Tenant means, as applicable, (i) NYC DCAS and (ii) any other lessee(s) of the Specified Tenant Space (or any portion thereof) and any guarantor(s) of the applicable related Specified Tenant Lease(s).
Specified Tenant means, as applicable, (i) GDC, (ii) Xxxxx Fargo, and (iii) any other lessee(s) of the Specified Tenant Space (or any portion thereof) whose lease (together with all other leases at the Property to the same tenant and to all affiliates of such tenant) covers fifteen percent (15%) or more of the total gross leasable space for the Property together with any parent or affiliate thereof providing credit support or a guaranty under its lease (if any).
Specified Tenant means, as applicable, with respect to an Individual Property, (i) those Tenants at such Individual Property as of the Execution Date, set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein, (ii) any other lessee of the Specified Tenant Space (or minimum of 20% thereof) and (iii) any guarantor of the applicable related Specified Tenant Lease.

Examples of Specified Tenant in a sentence

  • The initial term of the Specified Tenant Lease does not expire prior to the date that is fifteen (15) years following the First Amendment Date, subject to the rights of Specified Tenant under Section 13 of the Specified Tenant Lease.

  • Specified Tenant is required to commence payment of base rental payments under the Specified Tenant Lease on the Commencement Date (as defined in the Specified Tenant Lease), which is the date of mutual execution and delivery of the Specified Tenant Lease by Borrower and Specified Tenant (except during the Rent Abatement Period (as defined in the Specified Tenant Lease) as expressly set forth in Section 4(D) thereof).

More Definitions of Specified Tenant

Specified Tenant means each individual Specified Tenant and all Specified Tenants collectively.
Specified Tenant means individually and collectively, as the context may require, (i) the City of New York under the NYC HRA Lease, (ii) the City of New York under the NYC EPA Lease, and (iii) any other lessee(s) of the Specified Tenant Space (or any portion thereof) and any guarantor(s) of the applicable related Specified Tenant Lease(s).
Specified Tenant means, collectively and/or individually (as the context requires), (i) ASTRAZENECA PHARMACEUTICALS LP, a Delaware limited partnership, (ii) any Permitted Transferee (as defined in the Specified Lease) that becomes the tenant under the Specified Tenant Lease pursuant to an assignment of the Specified Tenant Lease (x) to which Mortgage Borrower’s consent is not required and (y) which is in accordance with the express provisions of Section 31(A) of the Specified Tenant Lease, and (iii) any replacement tenant
Specified Tenant means any tenant that at such time, together with any affiliates, leases space at the Corporate Woods Portfolio Properties that comprises more than 20% or more of either (1) the Corporate Woods Portfolio Properties’ aggregate gross leasable area, or (2) the total rental income (in the aggregate) for the Corporate Woods Portfolio Properties.
Specified Tenant means the tenant so identified with respect to the First Eligible Asset on Exhibit X.
Specified Tenant means, as applicable, (i) The New School, (ii) any guarantor(s) of the applicable related Specified Tenant Lease(s), and (iii) any replacement tenant for a Specified Tenant that leases 107,500 square feet or more at the 79 Fifth Avenue Property.
Specified Tenant means, as applicable, (i) iCIMS, (ii) any tenant whose lease at the Bell Works Property, individually or when aggregated with all other leases at the Bell Works Property with the same tenant or any affiliates of such tenant, accounts for 15% or more of either (A) the total rental income for the Bell Works Property, or (B) the total square footage of the Bell Works Property, (iii) any other lessee(s) of the Specified Tenant Space (or any portion thereof) and (iv) any guarantor(s) of, or persons providing credit support in relation to, the applicable related Specified Tenant Lease(s). Notwithstanding the foregoing, or anything to the contrary herein, the Master Lessee will not be deemed to be a Specified Tenant.
