  • Spinning Reserve means the ability to immediately and automatically increase generation or reduce demand in response to a fall in frequency;

  • Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. The Management Company may itself also performs the Distribution Function.

  • OP Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(c) hereof.

(D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts for the same parent concern.

  • ICAV means an Irish collective asset-management vehicle registered pursuant to the Act. References to “the ICAV” shall be to the ICAV to which this Instrument relates.

  • Dry cleaning fluid means any non-aqueous liquid product designed and labeled exclusively for use on: fabrics which are labeled "for dry clean only", such as clothing or drapery; or S-coded fabrics.
