Sponsor Partner definition

Sponsor Partner means Vineyard Wind Sponsor Partners 1 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Sponsor Partner means the Person entitled to receive the amounts of Carry Distributions apportioned to the Sponsor Partner pursuant to the terms hereof, which Person initially will be the General Partner, in its capacity as Sponsor Partner.
Sponsor Partner means the person designated as such herein.

Related to Sponsor Partner

  • Sponsor Parties means Sponsor, Vendor, and Utility, their respective successors and assigns, and each of their respective affiliates, agents, directors, officers, and employees.

  • Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause

  • Managing Partner means Geodyne Production Company, a Delaware corporation, and any other Person admitted as additional or Substituted Managing Partner pursuant to Article Six of this Agreement.
