Sponsor Rights definition

Sponsor Rights means all the applicable provisions of any license to the United States Government executed by UNIVERSITY and the overriding obligations to the Federal Government under 35 U.S.C. §§ 200-212 and applicable governmental implementing regulations.

More Definitions of Sponsor Rights

Sponsor Rights means all the applicable provisions of any license to the United States Government executed by VTIP and the overriding obligations to the Federal Government under 35 U.S.C. §§ 200-212 and applicable governmental implementing regulations.
