Sponsor Side Letter definition

Sponsor Side Letter has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Sponsor Side Letter means that certain letter agreement, dated December 12, 2021, by and among the Company and the Sponsor and each of the Company’s officers, directors and director nominees.

Sponsor Side Letter means that certain Letter Agreement, dated as of October 11, 2017, by and among the Enumerated Stockholders, Veritas and Ultra.
