Sponsorship Brochure definition

Sponsorship Brochure means the Sponsorship Package as presented by CAI.
Sponsorship Brochure means the Sponsorship Package as presented by CAI. “Advertising Rate Sheet” means the schedule of advertising fees as presented by CAI.
Sponsorship Brochure means the Sponsorship Package as published by CA, usually in October before the annual sponsorship breakfast.

  • Sponsorship means the sponsorship element of the Package as set out in the Application Form; and

  • Licensed behavior analyst means a person who holds current certification or meets the standards to be certified as a board certified Behavior Analyst or a board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization and whom the Board of Psychological Examiners licenses as a Behavior Analyst.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Hosting means the act of providing service and access to Client Content by the Internet.

  • Peer-reviewed medical literature means a published scientific study in a journal or other publication in which original manuscripts have been published only after having been critically reviewed for scientific accuracy, validity and reliability by unbiased independent experts, and that has been determined by the international committee of medical journal editors to have met the uniform requirements for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals. Peer-reviewed medical literature does not include publications or supplements to publications that are sponsored to a significant extent by a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or health carrier.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due.   • Pilot program means a program using a representative sample of residential and small commercial customers to assist in developing and offering customer choice of electricity supply for all residential and commercial customers.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 10.5.2.2, 10.5.2.8, and 10.5.2.9.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Participating manufacturer means that term as defined in the master settlement agreement.

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the industry-wide data collection system, which handles the daily exchange of message details between CMDS participating telephone companies (also known as CMDS Direct Participants). AT&T-21STATE is a CMDS Direct Participant.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.
