Spot Charter Agreement definition

Spot Charter Agreement means a contract to charter a Tanker of the type then owned or controlled by a Partnership Group Member for an agreed period of time of up to twelve (12) months at a set rate per day under which the vessel operator pays for the vessel’s voyage expenses, such as fuel and port dues, and the owner is responsible for providing crew and paying operating expenses.
Spot Charter Agreement means a contract to charter a tanker vessel of the type then owned or controlled by the Corporation for an agreed period of time of up to three months at a set rate per day under which the vessel operator pays for the vessel’s voyage expenses, such as fuel and port dues, and the owner is responsible for providing crew and paying operating expenses.

Related to Spot Charter Agreement

  • Charter Agreement means an agreement made in accordance with Section 53G-5-303 that authorizes the operation of a charter school.

  • Charter contract or "contract" means a fixed-term, renewable contract

  • Share Exchange Agreement has the meaning specified in the Recitals.
