Spread Maintenance Period definition

Spread Maintenance Period means the period from the Closing Date to but excluding the first Payment Date following the 12-month anniversary of the Closing Date.
Spread Maintenance Period means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on (and including) the Monthly Payment Date in June, 2018 (the “Spread Maintenance Period End Date”).
Spread Maintenance Period means the period commencing on the Closing Date to and including October 31, 2008.

  • Following the expiration of the Spread Maintenance Period, or at any time if permitted or required pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents as a result of a casualty or condemnation, prepayments may be made without the payment of a Spread Maintenance Fee; provided, however, all such prepayments shall be subject to payment of any applicable Benchmark Price Adjustment (if any) and payment of any amounts due and payable under any Secured Interest Rate Protection Agreement.

  • In addition, if such prepayment is made during the Spread Maintenance Period, such prepayment shall be accompanied by the applicable Spread Maintenance Amount.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, upon any repayment or prepayment of the Loan (including in connection with an acceleration of the Loan) made during the Spread Maintenance Period, Borrower shall pay to Lender on the date of such repayment or prepayment (or acceleration of the Loan) the Spread Maintenance Premium applicable thereto.

  • In addition, in the event the Maturity Date is accelerated during the Spread Maintenance Period, a Spread Maintenance Fee computed as though the entire outstanding principal amount of the Loan were prepaid as of the date of acceleration shall be due and payable by Borrower upon such acceleration.


More Definitions of Spread Maintenance Period

Spread Maintenance Period. – means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on January 2, 2021. “Subdivision Map” – shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 9.6.

  • Yield Maintenance Period means the period from and including the date of this Note until but not including the Scheduled Initial Maturity Date.

  • Spread Maintenance Premium means, with respect to any payment or prepayment, an amount equal to the product of the following: (i) the LIBOR Margin, the Alternate Rate Spread or the Base Rate Spread then applicable to each such future installment of interest, multiplied by (ii) the principal amount of the Loan so prepaid, and multiplied by (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days following the date through which interest on the prepaid amount has been paid through and including December 14, 2019, and the denominator of which is 360.

  • Prepayment Charge Period As to any Mortgage Loan, the period of time during which a Prepayment Charge may be imposed.

The “Index Maturity” is the period to maturity of the instrument or obligation with respect to which the related Interest Rate Basis or Interest Rate Bases will be calculated.

  • Yield Maintenance Agreement The yield maintenance agreement between the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, and the Counterparty, which will be primarily for the benefit of the Class 1-CB-1 Certificates, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit Q. The Yield Maintenance Agreement shall not be an asset of any REMIC formed under this Agreement.

  • Yield Maintenance Account The separate trust account maintained and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.16, which account shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held in trust for the benefit of the Trust on behalf of the Class A Certificateholders, and which account provides that the Trustee may make, or cause to be made, withdrawals therefrom in accordance with Section 3.16.

  • Prepayment Premium Period means the period during which, if a prepayment of principal occurs, a prepayment premium will be payable by Borrower to Lender. The Prepayment Premium Period is the period from and including the date of this Note until but not including the first day of the Window Period.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors but does not include dusting aids, wood cleaners, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Early Amortization Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Trust Early Amortization Event or a Series 2023-A Early Amortization Event is deemed to occur and ending on the Series Termination Date.

  • Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.

  • Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, or any Class within a Series, a period following the Revolving Period during which principal is distributed to Investor Certificateholders, which shall be the controlled amortization period, the principal amortization period, the rapid amortization period, or other amortization period, in each case as defined with respect to such Series in the related Supplement.
