Sprint PCS CCPU definition

Sprint PCS CCPU means the cash cost per user publicly announced by Sprint PCS or its Related Parties for the most recent quarter. Sprint PCS CCPU is generally calculated by dividing costs of wireless service revenues, service delivery and other general and administrative costs by average wireless subscribers.
Sprint PCS CCPU means the cash cost per user for the most-recently publicly announced quarter by Sprint PCS or its Related Parties. Sprint PCS CCPU is generally calculated by dividing costs of wireless service revenues, service delivery and other general and administrative costs by weighted average monthly wireless subscribers. CCPU is a measure analysts use to evaluate the cash costs to operate the business on a per user basis.

Any reference in the Management Agreement or Services Agreement to Xxx Communications PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Xxx PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, is changed to Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, respectively, to reflect name changes filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in 2002.
