Cash Costs definition

Cash Costs. ’ means Wood Costs plus Other Cash Costs.
Cash Costs means costs incurred in the mining, processing, transportation, storage and sale of minerals produced and/or processed at or from the Mining Operations comprised of:
Cash Costs means all costs per ounce of Au over the previous 24 months to mine and operate the Project, including processing and administrative costs, but excluding depreciation, interest and any financing costs, divided by the number of ounces of Payable Au produced over such period;

  • IP shall cooperate with Sylvamo in good faith to create Products with new grades, which will be deemed to be Products under this Agreement in a manner consistent with IP’s past practice during the past three years and priced for purposes of Mill Cash Costs at mutually agreed levels.

  • If any stranded Product is not shipped from the Mill after twelve (12) months, such stranded Product will be written off and IP and Sylvamo shall each bear 50% of (1) the Mill Cash Costs for such stranded Product less (2) any amount for which Sylvamo can sell such stranded Product as Job Lot.

  • Northrop Grumman shall have the right to require the Company and the TRW Automotive Subsidiaries to submit the Actual Cash Costs for a claims review, at Northrop Grumman's expense by providing written notice to the Company of such request within 90 days following Northrop Grumman's receipt of the Company report described in clause (A) above or (h)(ii) below.

  • Payment by DOT shall not exceed $370,000 for the Grant Project’s Total Project Cash Costs, which are costs arising from the Grant Project described in Section 2 above.

  • Total Project Cash Costs: $339,530 Federal Share: $180,570 State Share: $22,640 Local Share: $136,320 b.

  • Total Project Cash Costs: Sum of the Federal and local cash shares contributed toward completion of the approved grant project, excluding in-kind contributions.

  • To seek reimbursement from DOT, the Sponsor shall submit documentary evidence of all expenditures associated with the Grant Project set forth in Section C.3.b above, and included in the Total Project Cash Costs set forth in Section C.3.a above (those to be covered by the local and/or state contribution, as well as those covered by the Federal contribution) on a monthly basis.
