SRO Unit definition

SRO Unit means a single-room (zero bedroom) Unit intended for occupancy by a single eligible Resident and that contains neither food preparation nor sanitary facilities.
SRO Unit means a guestroom or other single-room unit at the Xxxxxx Property that is leased or occupied for the use as a primary residence by the occupant(s) thereof or that was previously leased or occupied for the use as a primary residence by the occupant(s) thereof and that has not been converted into a hotel room in accordance with applicable law.
SRO Unit means a single-room (zero bedroom) Unit intended for occupancy by a single eligible Resident and that may contain partial food preparation and/or sanitary facilities.
