SSAE 18 definition

SSAE 18 has the meaning set forth in clause 5.2 of this Agreement.
SSAE 18 means the Statements on Standards of Attestation Services No. 18 promulgated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
SSAE 18 has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7(a).

  • To the extent the Contractor or its subcontractors, affiliates or agents handles, collects, stores, disseminates or otherwise deals with State Data, the Contractor shall cause an SSAE 18 SOC 2 Type 2 audit report to be conducted annually.

  • Physical examination means the assessment of an individual’s health by a professional licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy, or by an advanced practice nurse or physician assistant.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a Professional Engineer whose principal field of specialization is the design and Construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment.

  • Audit trail means a documented history of a financial transaction by which the transaction can be traced to its source.

  • Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater means the most recent edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Waterworks Association and the Water Environment Federation;
