Examples of SSAE 18 in a sentence

  • To the extent the Contractor or its subcontractors, affiliates or agents handles, collects, stores, disseminates or otherwise deals with State Data, the Contractor shall cause an SSAE 18 SOC 2 Type 2 audit report to be conducted annually.

  • The Custodian shall reasonably promptly (but, in any event, in not greater than sixty (60) days) notify each Fund of each determination of a significant deficiency, material weakness or inadequacy in the accounting controls of the Custodian which notification may be accomplished, among other means, by delivery of such SOC 1 report under SSAE 18.
