Stabilized definition

Stabilized means land that has been treated to withstand normal exposure to natural forces without incurring erosion damage.
Stabilized means the exposed ground surface has been covered by appropriate materials such as mulch, staked sod, riprap, wood fiber blanket, or other material that prevents erosion from occurring. Grass seeding is not stabilization.
Stabilized means there has not been a change in the medical condition requiring medical or psychiatric intervention for a minimum of six (6) months.

Stabilized means the condition where vegetation is established or other practices are in place on exposed soil surfaces so as to reduce erosion.
