Stable operating surface definition
Stable operating surface means a road or landing surface that can support vehicular traffic and has a structurally sound road base appropriate for the type, intensity, and timing of intended use.
Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.
Elevated Building means a non-basement building which has its lowest elevated floor raised above ground level by foundation walls, shear walls, posts, piers, pilings, or columns.
