STACR Indenture means the Indenture to provide for the issuance of the Notes and the respective rights and responsibilities governing the payments from the STACR 2020-DNA5 transaction and its structure, and which is attached to this Policy as Exhibit B.

Examples of STACR Indenture in a sentence

  • In the event of a conflict between any provision of this Policy on the one hand, and any provision of the STACR Indenture on the other, the provision of the STACR Indenture shall prevail.
