StadCo Personal Property definition

StadCo Personal Property means any and all movable equipment, furniture, fixtures, and other tangible personal property that are owned by StadCo or any of its subtenants or licensees and located on or within the Premises (including trade fixtures, but not other fixtures) and can be removed from the Premises without material damage thereto. The term “StadCo Personal Property” does not include any of the FF&E or any replacements of the FF&E.
