Stadium Code of Conduct definition

Stadium Code of Conduct means the applicable safety and security measures adopted by FIFA, Q22, the Supreme Committee or any other FIFA World Cup™ Authority which are incorporated into the Ticket Terms of Use.
Stadium Code of Conduct means the applicable safety and security measures adopted by CONMEBOL or any other CONMEBOL Copa America USA 2024™ Authority which may be incorporated into the Ticket Terms of Use and which are the integral part of the Ticket Terms of Use.
Stadium Code of Conduct means the applicable safety and security measures adopted by FIFA, the LOC or any other FIFA World Cup™ Authority as reflected in the Stadium-specific code of conduct (and which shall be provided by FIFA from time to time).

  • The Licensee accepts all Stadium Rules, the Stadium Code of Conduct, security policies, health and safety policies, and other standards or policies in place from time to time (collectively, the “Standards”) posted in or about the Stadium.

  • The Stadium Code of Conduct will include a list of prohibited behaviours and items that a Ticket Holder may not bring into a Stadium and will be made available on the Ticketing Website prior to the start of the Competition.

  • Under the Stadium Code of Conduct, each Ticket Holder will be required to follow all applicable laws, regulations, orders and instructions given by FIFA, stadium security and local authorities whilst inside the Stadium.

  • Ticket Holders should visit the Ticketing Website periodically to review the latest versions of the Terms of Use and the Stadium Code of Conduct.

  • Licensee accepts (on behalf of themselves and any Attendees) all Stadium Rules, the Stadium Code of Conduct, and other standards or policies in place from time to time (collectively, the “Standards”) posted in or about the Stadium.

  • Any photographs, sounds, videos, other audio, visual or audio-visual material, accounts or descriptions of any Match (such as text, data or imagery) or any other content relating to the Competition which is captured or produced by a Ticket Holder whilst attending the Stadium (“ Event Content”) may only be captured or produced with equipment that is permitted to be brought into the Stadium under the Stadium Code of Conduct and must only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • The Ticket Applicant shall be fully liable for any acts and omissions not in compliance with the GTCs and the Stadium Code of Conduct by any Ticket Holder who, directly or indirectly, receives a Ticket allocated to the Ticket Applicant.

  • For that purpose, the Ticket Applicant will provide such Ticket Holder with a copy of the GTCs and the Stadium Code of Conduct or will direct such Ticket Holder to where the GTCs and the Stadium Code of Conduct are made available.

  • This means that a Ticket shows personal permission from FIFA for the Ticket Applicant and his/her Guests to enter and stay in the Stadium subject to the conditions identified in these Ticket Sales Regulations, the GTCs, the Stadium Code of Conduct ( “Stadium Code of Conduct”) and the applicable laws.

  • Each Ticket Applicant shall be fully responsible for ensuring that each Ticket Holder who, directly or indirectly, receives a Ticket allocated to the Ticket Applicant has read, understood, accepted and is bound by the GTCs and the Stadium Code of Conduct.
