Stadium Component definition

Stadium Component has the meaning given to such term in the Stadium Lease;

Stadium Component means a three-dimensional envelope consisting of that portion of the Total Lands described as Parts ● on the plan attached as Schedule B, together with the improvements constructed on such lands from time to time, including the Stadium (but excluding the Stadium Retail Component) and associated parking;

Stadium Component means the Stadium Lands, together with (i) the Stadium, (ii) all other improvements constructed on the Stadium Lands from time to time, but excluding the Stadium Retail Component, and (iii) the City’s Portion of the Parking Structure;

Examples of Stadium Component in a sentence

• The Tenant agrees that it will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause its employees, agents, occupants and invitees not to keep in or upon the Stadium Component any article or substance which may be prohibited by the insurance policies mentioned above or do or omit, or permit to be done or omitted, anything which will cause any increase in the insurance premiums or the cancellation of any insurance policy.
